Position Information:
We are seeking a Revenue and Receivable Officer to join our Accounts team at our Head Office, which is located in the heart of Sydney CBD.
Your key responsibilities will include:

Responsible for resident data management, including entry, transfer, and departure information in the system.

Process banking, billing, direct debits, and reconcile refunds (MTCF, DAC, RAD, Loan, etc.) according to RFBI policies.

Follow up on outstanding debtors, liaise with Villages, and escalate bad debts as per RFBI's policies.

Update residents' management system (Epicor) and reconcile information provided by the Department.

Conduct reconciliations, end-of-month reporting, and review individual resident funding received for Government funding.

Assist Village/Service staff, consumers, and relatives with account inquiries, providing statements, invoices, and addressing system errors.

Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, industry standards, and RFBI policies and procedures.

Actively engage with the Revenue and Receivable Team to maintain a positive working culture and lead continuous improvement efforts in processes and procedures.
To be successful in this role you will have:

Relevant experience in revenue and receivable functions (aged care experience is desirable).

Experience in Epicor software (desirable)

Excellent skills in analytical tools including MS Excel

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to work autonomously and prioritise your workload to meet deadlines
