About the Role
As the Assistant Store Business Manager, you'll partner closely with the Store Business Manager to lead, coach and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving commercial performance.
You'll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the store, leading from the front on the shop floor, developing your team, and ensuring the store consistently exceeds sales and service expectations.
What You'll Be Doing
Support the Store Business Manager in leading and motivating a high-performing team.
Deliver exceptional customer experiences through premium styling and personalised service.
Drive sales performance and achieve individual and store KPIs.
Coach, develop and inspire team members to reach their full potential.
Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and presentation standards.
Manage stock, inventory and operational processes efficiently.
Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
Step into the Store Business Manager role when required.

About You
You'll be someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoys developing people while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
You'll also bring:
Previous experience in a retail leadership role (Assistant Manager, Department Manager or similar).
A passion for premium retail, fashion or styling.
A proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive team performance.
Strong leadership and coaching skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
A hands-on approach with a positive, energetic attitude.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Flexibility to work weekends and late-night trade as required.
