As a Service Advisor, you will be the key link between our customers and workshop team, ensuring every vehicle service experience is professional, transparent, and customer-focused.
Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting customers and managing service bookings

Preparing repair orders and accurately documenting customer concerns

Providing updates throughout the servicing process

Coordinating with technicians and workshop control

Upselling additional services and maintenance recommendations where appropriate

Managing customer expectations and delivering exceptional aftersales support

Ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry

Strong customer service and communication skills

Experience using dealership management systems is highly regarded
