Registered Nurse – Companion Support & Scheduling
Are you a Registered Nurse looking for a change of pace and a more flexible, varied role?
Do you enjoy spending time with people, having a good chat, and making a genuine difference in someone’s day?
Driving Miss Daisy Nambour, Noosa & Gympie is looking for a kind-hearted, reliable Registered Nurse to join our small and caring team. We are particularly interested in an RN who is happy to step away from a traditional nursing environment and enjoy a broader community-based role.
This is not a full-time clinical nursing position. It is a varied role that may include companion support and driving, respite and personal support, assisting with scheduling and general administration along with some Registered Nurse duties such as wound care.
One day you may be taking a client to a medical appointment or helping with their grocery shopping, another day you may be providing respite support in their home, assisting in the office with scheduling and administration, or attending a client specifically for wound care or another nursing-related service.
You’ll be offering much more than transport or clinical care – you’ll be a friendly face, a trusted companion and an important part of helping our clients remain independent and connected within their community.
Applicants must live in the Nambour, Noosa or Gympie area.
