About the Role
At Infinity Chiropractic & Health Centre, our patients are at the heart of everything we do. We are a warm, community-focused practice in Balmain East and we are looking for a receptionist who brings the same level of care and professionalism to the front desk as our clinical team brings to patient care.
This is a casual position of approximately 20 hours per week across generally fixed days and hours. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will set the tone for their entire experience and we take that seriously.
Your Responsibilities
- Welcoming and checking in patients with warmth and efficiency
- Managing appointment scheduling and a busy phone line
- Handling patient records, payments and correspondence with accuracy and discretion
- Supporting the clinical team proactively and anticipating their needs
- Maintaining a calm, organised and professional front desk at all times

Experience & Background
Prior experience in a reception or administrative role is preferred. A background in a healthcare setting is highly regarded but not essential, we will train the right person. What cannot be taught is attitude and that matters most to us.
