Doorcraft are a leading manufacturer and installer of commercial timber and fire rated doors. We require the immediate start of an experienced Trade Assistant to work with our carpentry team. Tasks include:
- Install of timber doors and hardware
- Install of fire rated doors and hardware
- Backfill and install of fire rated steel frames
- Install of bathroom fixtures
- Install of timber and aluminium skirting
The right candidate for this role will enjoy working with a professional and experienced team of senior trades people, and be wanting to expand their carpentry skills.
You will need to:
- Be interested in a quality outcome and doing things right the first time
- Have their own basic hand tools
- Have transportation and the right to work in Australia
- Have a white card and be able to pass drug and alcohol testing
- Have a good comand of english
- Be experienced in reading and understanding building plans and schedules
- Have demonstratable experience working with timber products
