Details: About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and adaptable Director, Executive Officer to lead the Executive Group Manager Office within People, Engagement and Operations.
Working at the centre of a diverse and high-performing group, you will provide strategic advice, drive coordination and governance, lead the executive support function, and oversee key operational activities that enable the successful delivery of Group level and Infrastructure Canberra (iCBR) priorities.
You will work closely with executives and senior leaders across iCBR, managing competing priorities, and ensuring effective reporting, correspondence, financial and people management processes. The backfill opportunity offers a unique opportunity to build strong stakeholder relationships, and contribute to a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement and service excellence.
The successful applicant will be a proactive and solutions-focused leader with strong judgement, exceptional organisational skills, and a demonstrated ability to deliver results in complex and fast-paced environments.
Eligibility/Other Requirements:

Knowledge of work health and safety or workers’ compensation laws and related legislation is highly desirable.

Tertiary qualifications or experience in law or currently undertaking a law degree is highly desirable.
