Job Description
Love being outdoors, keeping things running smoothly and helping create a safe and enjoyable experience for guests? Join our team at Darlington Beach Resort as a Night Duty Attendant and play an important role in the after-hours operation of one of the region's most loved coastal resorts.
Working from 3:00pm to 11:00pm, you'll be the friendly face and reassuring presence that helps keep our resort safe, secure, and looking its best while the sun goes down.
Qualifications
What you will do:
Reporting to the Grounds adn maintenance Manager, as our Night Duty Attendant, you'll help ensure the resort remains welcoming, well-presented, and secure during the evening hours by:

Conducting general grounds and maintenance tasks across the property

Maintaining the presentation and cleanliness of public areas

Inspecting amenities blocks and common areas throughout your shift

Locking up pools, workshop facilities, and operational areas at the end of the day

Carrying out security patrols and monitoring the property after hours

Managing noise levels and helping maintain a peaceful environment for guests

Responding professionally to guest enquiries and requests via the after-hours phone

Acting as a reliable point of contact for guest support and emergencies when required
What you will bring:

A hands-on attitude and willingness to work outdoors

Strong communication and customer service skills

Confidence working independently and making decisions after hours

A proactive approach to safety, security, and guest experience

Experience in grounds, maintenance, hospitality, security, or a similar role is advantageous

A current driver's licence
