Registered Psychologist – Contractor Position
The Wellness Road is a thriving multi-modality clinic on beautiful Bribie Island, and we are seeking a warm, client-focused Registered Psychologist to provide general mental health support within our collaborative healthcare team.
This role is ideal for a psychologist passionate about supporting mild to moderate mental health concerns within a holistic, integrative setting.
About You
You are:
- Fully registered with the Psychology Board of Australia via Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
- Eligible to provide services under Medicare (Better Access)
- Experienced in supporting anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions and relationship challenges
- Warm, grounded and client-centred in your therapeutic approach
- Open to working within a holistic healthcare model
- Team-orientated and collaborative with other health professionals
- Motivated to build and grow your client base within an established clinic
Clinical endorsement is welcome but not essential — this role is primarily focused on general mental health support.
About The Role
You will:
- Provide evidence-based psychological therapy in a supportive, referral-based environment
- Work collaboratively alongside naturopaths, massage therapists and other practitioners
- Contribute to an integrative care model that considers mental, physical and lifestyle factors
- See a diverse range of clients ranging from family dynamics, DVA, disability, greif and PTSD often being co-treated alongside your team.
