About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Reporting Analyst within the Data space!
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, building reports and dashboards, and delivering high-quality outputs for clients in a fast-paced environment. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to Roy Morgan’s ongoing data transformation initiatives, helping shape how we deliver data and reporting into the future.
A key aspect of this role is working across established reporting frameworks and recurring deliverables, making it well suited to someone who enjoys structured, repeatable processes while continuously improving efficiency and quality.

What you’ll do
- Produce and maintain regular and ad-hoc client reports, including online store outputs, using in-house software, Tableau and Power BI
- Work with existing reporting frameworks and templates to deliver consistent, high-quality outputs
- Use SQL and other tools to extract, validate and prepare data for reporting
- Be able to understand and apply data modelling best practices to support accurate, scalable and efficient reporting
- Analyse and interpret data to ensure accuracy and consistency in outputs
- Create clear, visually engaging dashboards and presentations for clients
- Work with internal stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver to deadlines
- Troubleshoot data and reporting issues as they arise
- Ensure quality control and integrity across all reporting deliverables
About you
- Strong experience or capability in Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Excel and PowerPoint
- Understanding of data modelling principles and best practices
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy
- Strong time management skills with the ability to manage recurring deliverables and competing deadlines
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Proactive and reliable, with a commitment to delivering high-quality outputs
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate data into meaningful client insights
