Managing the day-to-day operations through a consistent approach, be a positive communicator who recognizes the talents and skills of others. Come from a strong F&B background, and be able to lead, motivate and train staff with your advanced skills in front-of-house and bar operations.

Essential requirements:
2+ years of leadership experience as a manager in a premium dining environment
Proven experience working in an elevated dining in a 60-plus seater restaurant
Extensive Food & beverage knowledge
Previous experience with Cocktails
Prior experience with Asian infusion or Italian cuisine is desirable
Capacity to work in a team environment while leading from the front
Ability to write an effective roster
Presence on the floor during peak service periods, including late nights and weekends
Prior experience working with Ivy & Seven rooms desirable
Ensuring policies, procedures, and standards are current, effective, and clearly communicated
