This role supports the development of communication plans and the management of digital campaigns from buying and implementation through to reporting and the delivery of insights that drive performance for clients.
The Client Executive (Planning) ensures strong attention to detail across all aspects of their work and takes responsibility for accuracy and any errors that occur.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and relevant external partners, including media owners and partner agencies, to support client and Spark business objectives.
- Develop strong knowledge of client products, target audiences, communication strategies, and key messages.
- Research historical brand and campaign activity to understand performance outcomes and strategic direction.
- Build understanding of client category landscapes, consumer behaviour, and marketplace trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams and the Senior Planning Executive / Client Manager to develop effective cross-channel communication plans.
- Actively contribute to internal and external WIP meetings, raising potential issues early and proactively supporting resolution.
- Supporting the development and execution of communication and media plans across digital and cross-channel campaigns
- Assisting with campaign buying, implementation, and coordination processes
- Ensuring accuracy across campaign inputs and supporting quality control of deliverables
- Supporting reporting preparation, including collation of data and basic performance reporting
- Assisting in the delivery of insights and performance summaries for client campaigns
- Monitoring campaign activity and escalating issues proactively where required
- Contributing to campaign optimisation discussions under guidance from senior team members
- Ensuring all campaign work is delivered accurately, on time, and to a high standard
