We are a well-established Australian company in the health and wellness industry looking for a reliable and hands-on team member to join our Alexandria warehouse team.
This role combines warehouse work, stock handling and dispatch responsibilities. It is suited to someone who enjoys physical work, works efficiently under deadlines, and takes pride in working accurately and efficiently.
A key part of the role is ensuring customer orders are accurately packed and prepared for daily courier collection deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking, packing and preparing customer orders
- Printing shipping labels and preparing consignments
- Receiving deliveries and organising warehouse stock
- Moving stock within the warehouse
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment
- Assisting with trade show and event preparation
- Assisting with general warehouse operations as required
- Occasional local pickups and deliveries when required
Essential Skills
- Previous warehouse or dispatch experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately
- Comfortable lifting and moving products (up to 20–25kg)
- Confidence using computers and digital systems
- Ability to work efficiently and meet daily deadlines
- Reliable and able to work well independently and within a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Advantageous Experience
- Freight, dispatch or courier booking experience
- Driver’s licence (helpful but not essential)
- Experience working in a small business environment

- Monday to Friday 9:30-3.30 (approximatley)
