Northern Beaches Endodontics is a specialist dental practice dedicated exclusively to root canal treatment. Led by accredited endodontic specialists, we are committed to providing exceptional patient care using advanced technology in a professional and supportive environment.
We are seeking a friendly, reliable and motivated Dental Assistant / Sterilisation Nurse to join our team on a permanent full-time or part-time basis. Friday availability is essential.
Key responsibilities:
Providing chairside assistance during endodontic procedures
Reprocessing and sterilising instruments in accordance with infection-control standards
Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining a clean, organised clinical environment
Taking radiographs and CBCT scans, with training provided if required
Managing stock control, inventory and clinical orders
Assisting with general clinical duties
Supporting front-office duties on non-clinical days
Providing exceptional patient care and supporting the wider team
About you:
Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting is highly regarded but not essential
Previous dental assisting experience is preferred
Sound knowledge of infection-control and sterilisation procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, reliable and well organised
Comfortable working in a busy, team-focused environment
Willing to learn and assist across both clinical and administrative duties
