Service: Concord Out of Hours Care (COOSH)
Concord Out of Hours Care (COOSH) is seeking enthusiastic and reliable casual educators to join our team supporting children in a fun, safe and engaging before and after school care environment.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with children and contributing to meaningful play experiences while supporting children’s wellbeing and development.
About the Role
As a Casual Educator you will:
- Supervise and engage children aged 5-12 years
- Facilitate play based activities including crafts, sports and group games
- Support a safe and inclusive environment for all children
- Assist with afternoon tea preparation and daily routines
- Work collaboratively with the OSHC team to support positive relationships with children and families
About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Enjoy working with primary school aged children
- Be reliable, positive and proactive
- Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills
- Be committed to providing a safe and inclusive environment for children
Essential Requirements
- Current Working With Children Check (NSW)
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work within the National Quality Framework
- Availability for morning and afternoon shifts (split shifts)
