Key Focus and Responsibilities…
· Advanced Behavioral Data Analysis: You will move beyond surface-level metrics to perform deep-dive data analysis on agent and customer journeys. By identifying the underlying drivers of growth and friction, you will provide the "why" behind the numbers, allowing the business to pivot strategies based on hard evidence rather than intuition.
· Strategic Reporting & Narrative Building: You will be responsible for the architecture of our business reporting framework. Rather than just delivering data, you will craft compelling narratives for the leadership team that explain how data trends are impacting the bottom line, ensuring that every report leads to a clear business decision.
· Interactive Dashboards & Self-Service BI: To democratize data across the company, you will lead the design and maintenance of automated dashboards. These tools will allow stakeholders in Marketing, Sales, and Supply to monitor their own KPIs in real-time, fostering a culture where every department is empowered by live data insights.
· End-to-End ML Lifecycle Management (AWS SageMaker): You will oversee the transition of AI concepts into production using Amazon SageMaker. This includes managing the full ML lifecycle—from data preparation in Data Wrangler to model training and deployment. You will ensure our AI infrastructure is scalable, cost-effective, and capable of delivering real-time predictions for site personalization and pricing.
· Insight-Driven Growth & Conversion Optimization: You will translate complex data sets into actionable insights specifically aimed at site performance. By analyzing the "Big Data" of user sessions, you will pinpoint conversion opportunities and work with the tech team to implement AI-driven tools that reduce drop-off and maximize booking volume.
· Algorithmic Pricing & Supply Insights: You will apply Machine Learning to build and refine dynamic pricing models. By analyzing the interplay between hotel inventory, supplier rates, and agent demand, you will create a data-driven supply strategy that highlights new inventory opportunities and optimizes margins across all regions.
About you…
- Proven experience in data analytics, data fluency and using machine learning to build decision-making models.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive valuable insights from complex data sets.
- An understanding of data flows, integration, and reporting.
- Strong proficiency in working with Machine Learning models like Sagemaker.
- Familiarity with data visualisation tools and techniques, and a working knowledge of using data from platforms like Zoho and Pendo to achieve this.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Pay: $90,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
