About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Logistics Supervisor to join our Dandenong site on the day shift 5 am - 1 pm. This is a key role for someone who is organised, service‑oriented, safety‑focused, and able to hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities:

Organise and coordinate daily metro runs, ensuring efficient and accurate delivery schedules

Put together transport plans and liaise with drivers and external providers

Receive, check, and store incoming goods accurately

Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with stock control

Monitor delivery timelines and resolve logistics or transport issues promptly

Ensure compliance with all safety and operational procedures

Work autonomously while maintaining a strong team‑focused approach
Note: This role has no direct reports, but requires leadership through coordination, communication, and ownership of the day logistics function.
Requirements

Experience in load restraint, logistics, and transport coordination

Highly organised, safety‑focused, and committed to safe work practices

Able to work autonomously and prioritise effectively

Strong attention to detail with the ability to adapt when priorities shift

Service‑oriented mindset – customer first

Forklift licence and truck licensing (advantageous but not necessary)
