The Opportunity:
Our Stations & Facilities Asset Management team are current recruiting a CRR Asset Configuration Coordinator on a fixed term contract to 28th of June 2027.
This position is one of two that shares the responsibility of loading EAMS data from CRR into EAMS and ensuring that the assets are appropriately described, accurate and complete. It will also include the development and loading of maintenance plans for these assets.
Some Responsibilities include:
- The ability to apply the EAMS data structure to CRR assets.
- Work with stakeholders at all levels including CRR and Queensland Rail Project teams to identify, define, develop and document station and facility maintenance plans.
- Provide authoritative and timely advice upon request on good maintenance practices and asset acceptance compliance associated with stations, facilities, and other infrastructure assets.
- Build and maintain partnerships with local managers, planners, CRR, Major Projects and other stakeholders at all levels including contractors in order to be able to respond quickly to changes in asset maintenance requirements.
- Provide asset acceptance advice on the suitability, compliance and readiness of stations and facilities assets for acceptance into service by the Stations and Facilities Asset Management team.
- Understand all aspects of all assets under consideration including physical configuration, site and location characteristics, project documents and other artefacts including design documentation, plans, and certification.
About you:
- High Level knowledge and experience in using EAMS.
- Well-developed understanding of the asset data lifecycle from project through EAMS to field intervention.
- Strong consultation skills to negotiate outcomes and prioritise deliverables to meet customer demands.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet milestones.
- Good verbal and written technical reporting skills.
