About the role
Trevino’s is the club restaurant and bar at Gold Creek Country Club. The venue is being rebuilt as a proper club F&B operation — not a pub. We need a supervisor / 2IC who can run a shift without being watched, keep the floor and bar tight, and help put systems in.
You report to the F&B Director. When they are off the floor, you own the shift.
What you will do
- Open and close Trevino’s to club standard
- Run the floor and bar: greet, seat, pace, pass, bar service
- Lead the shift team — allocate sections, keep standards, send people home on time
- RSA, responsible service, and food safety on every shift
- Cash / Lightspeed O-Series: start of day, close, variances
- Stock: follow pars, count when rostered, flag shorts before we run out
- Functions and busy golf days — extra covers, no drama
- Support café / beer garden overflow when needed
- Train new staff the same way every time
- Step up when the Director is on leave
What we need
- RSA (ACT) current
- Food Safety Supervisor or willingness to complete immediately
- 2+ years supervising or strong senior floor/bar in a club, hotel or busy restaurant

- Calm when it is three-deep at the bar and the kitchen is calling
- Eligible to work in Australia
Nice to have: club or golf-club experience, cocktail service, coffee, first aid.
What we offer
- Stable club hours and a venue that is being set up properly
