About the Role
Based in Western Sydney, you will deliver high-quality nursing and clinical support to clients in their homes and community settings. You’ll work closely with participants, families, and care teams to promote wellbeing, independence, and quality of life.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Nursing assessments and monitoring
- Medication administration and clinical care
- Supporting care plans and health goals
- Documentation and progress reporting
- Supporting clients with daily living and community participation
About you
✔ Enrolled Nurse qualification with current AHPRA registration
✔ Experience in aged care, disability, community or healthcare settings preferred
✔ Current First Aid & CPR
✔ Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
✔ Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle preferred
✔ Strong communication and person-centred approach
Your availabilities: mornings (Mon, Tues, Thurs)
