Blackmores is undergoing a significant enterprise transformation, and we’re looking for a Change Analyst to support delivery across multiple high-impact programs. We’re building an enterprise view of change and capability, this role contributes to understanding how change is landing across the organisation and improving how we support it.
This is a hands-on, junior Change role, working as part of a high-performing Change CoE, partnering with Change Leads and project teams to drive adoption, readiness and successful delivery of change.

This is an 18 month role based at either our Warriewood or Surry Hills office. We work flexibly here at Blackmores, however to be successful in this role, travel to the Warriewood head office will be required.
What you’ll be doing:
- You will go out into the business, speak to stakeholders to identify patterns, risks and insights across programs and feeding these back into the Change CoE
- Supporting change activities across multiple concurrent projects
- Developing change impact assessments, stakeholder plans and communications
- Tracking readiness, adoption and change progress
- Contributing to enterprise-level reporting, including change dashboards and insights
- Applying and improving change frameworks, tools and templates
Working closely with Change Managers, SMEs and project teams to embed change into delivery

What we’re looking for:
- 3–4 years’ experience in change, transformation or project environments as either an analyst or junior-level practitioner
- Very strong with MS Excel and AI
- Experience supporting multiple projects or programs (highly desirable)
- Understanding of structured change methodologies (e.g. PROSCI)
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and outcomes-focused
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to identify and support behaviour change and adoption
Strong curiosity and ability to learn from data and experience
