About you
We want someone who has:

experience in working in retail, claims, call centre, customer service roles
- the ability to build great relationships with customers
- fantastic communication skills, both written and verbal
- the ability to manage a diverse range of customers and de-escalate conflict situations
The Role
-
Providing an exceptional level of customer service in all customer dealings, and professionally manage escalations in a timely manner.
- Identifying customer needs, clarifying information, conducting any necessary research and providing solutions.
- Professionally handle grievances to preserve 4WD Supacentre’s reputation.
- Provide support to in-store staff in regard to the processing of claims.
- Recognise, document and alert your manager of trends in customer calls.
