We’re looking for reliable and motivated Battery Swap Operators to join our fast-growing operations team. If you enjoy being on the road, working independently, and staying active, this could be the perfect role for you.
About the Role
Your primary responsibility will be replacing depleted batteries in electric bikes with fully charged batteries across designated service areas. The role is straightforward, hands-on, and essential to keeping our fleet operating efficiently.
Duties Include:
- Replace flat electric bike batteries with fully charged batteries.
- Inspect batteries and bikes for any visible damage.
- Record battery swaps using a mobile app.
- Ensure batteries are handled safely and correctly.
- Maintain a high level of reliability and efficiency throughout each shift.
What We’re Looking For:
- Reliable and punctual.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Current driver’s licence with a good driving record.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting batteries safely.
- Comfortable using a smartphone or mobile app.
- Available to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
