We're looking for a motivated and reliable Factory Hand / Labourer to join our growing team.
No stone industry experience? That's okay. If you've got the right attitude, we'll teach you the rest.
About the Role
Working in our stone fabrication factory, you'll assist our production team with a variety of tasks including:
- Assisting stonemasons and machine operators
- Preparing jobs for production and installation
- Cleaning and maintaining work areas
- Operating basic factory equipment (training provided)
- General factory duties
- Following workplace health and safety procedures
As your skills develop, you'll have the opportunity to learn:
- Bridge saw operation
- Edge polishing
- CNC machinery
- Overhead crane operation
- Forklift operation
- Stone fabrication techniques
What We're Looking For
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work well in a team
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Good attention to detail
- Commitment to workplace safety
- Current driver's licence
Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, warehousing or labouring is a must.
