Your opportunity:
The Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) is a clinical leader, accountable at an advanced practice level for the coordination of patient centred clinical practice specific to Department of Emergency Medicine.
The CNC demonstrates sound knowledge of contemporary nursing practice and theory and provides clinical leadership, advice and advocacy to a multidisciplinary team and is responsible for the facilitation and provision of quality and cost effective nursing and/or midwifery services which are consistent with contemporary standards, guidelines, relevant legislation and best practice.
The CNC in partnership with the Nurse Unit Manager is accountable for the monitoring, supporting and influencing Emergency Department and hospital Key Performance Indicators, utilising available IT and support systems.

Our offer:
You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $173,368 p.a., comprising salary between $139,951 - $151,949 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Nurse Grade 7) (Permanent Full Time, 76 hours p.f.)
