Our client, Radon Pty Ltd T/A Baskin Robbins Boondall, is seeking a passionate and experienced Retail Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of their store. - Manage the overall retail operations of the store while maintaining high standards of customer service, profitability and operational excellence.
Duties
- Monitor daily sales activities and adjust product offerings to meet customer demand and seasonal trading patterns.
- Manage inventory levels by forecasting stock requirements, coordinating supplier deliveries and reducing stock wastage.
- Establish customer service expectations and ensure the team consistently delivers a welcoming and efficient in-store experience.
- Plan and coordinate promotional activities, local marketing campaigns and in-store merchandising to increase customer engagement and sales.
- Provide customers with product information and recommendations while supporting the sales team during busy trading periods.
- Maintain accurate records relating to stock movements, daily sales, cash handling and other financial transactions.
- Prepare and monitor store budgets, review operating costs and implement initiatives to improve profitability.
- Recruit new employees, organise staff induction and training, allocate daily work responsibilities and oversee employee performance.
- Prepare staff rosters to ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained in line with business requirements.
- Ensure the store complies with workplace health and safety requirements, food safety standards and company operating procedures.
- Review business performance reports, identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualification
- AQF Diploma or higher.
- 1-3 years of experience in related field.
Salary
- $75,000 – $90,000 + Superannuation.
Employment Condition
- Full Time
- 38 hours per week.
Pay: $75,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
