Lead high-impact analytics delivery and innovation
St Vincent’s Health Australia is building a modern, data-driven health system. As Data Analytics Delivery Lead, you will play a pivotal leadership role in delivering advanced analytics solutions and driving innovation across the organisation.
About the role
This is a hands-on leadership position, combining strategic oversight with technical delivery. You will lead analytics initiatives end-to-end while mentoring a team of specialists and ensuring the delivery of robust, high-quality, and impactful insights.
You will act as a key bridge between business needs and data solutions—ensuring analytics initiatives deliver measurable value.
Key responsibilities

Lead delivery of analytics solutions across complex business domains

Translate business requirements into scalable and actionable data solutions

Mentor and lead a team of analytics professionals (1–3 direct reports)

Drive adoption of modern analytics practices, including AI-enabled approaches

Champion data-driven decision-making across the organisation

Partner closely with the Data Enablement Manager and senior stakeholders

Ensure alignment with data governance and analytics strategy
Innovation focus

Lead the integration of AI-driven tools and methodologies

Support rapid prototyping and experimentation to refine solutions

Enable high-quality insights that improve decision-making and performance
About you

Experience leading analytics delivery in complex enterprise environments

Strong technical capability across analytics, data modelling, and BI tools

Proven ability to bridge business and technical stakeholders

Leadership experience mentoring and developing analytics teams

Experience with AI, advanced analytics, or emerging data technologies is highly desirable
