We are currently seeking a reliable and compassionate Support Worker to join our team supporting clients in the (Mango Hill, QLD) area.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys making a difference in people’s daily lives and is comfortable providing practical, hands‑on support in a home and community setting.
About the Role
Responsibilities may include:
- Providing general in-home support (cleaning, tidying, meal preparation)
- Assisting with daily living tasks and routines
- Supporting clients to access the community, appointments, and activities
- Offering companionship and social support
- Promoting independence and wellbeing
About You

- Able to work independently and follow routines
- A strong communicator with a positive attitude
- Passionate about supporting people to live independently
Requirements
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- National Police Check
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Experience in disability, aged care, or community support (preferred but not essential)
- Relevant qualifications (Certificate III/IV) desirable but not mandatory
