The Role
We are seeking reliable and motivated team members to join us across a mix of roles including truck driving, yard sales, and front-end loader operation.
This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors, being part of a team, and delivering great service to customers.
Your role will include a combination of the following responsibilities
- Safe operation of trucks for deliveries and pickups
- Assisting customers with product selection and yard sales
- Operating front-end loaders and other machinery (training provided if needed)
- Loading and unloading landscape materials
- General yard duties, including maintenance and bagging
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment
- Following all workplace health and safety procedures
- Supporting the team to ensure efficient daily operations
- Providing customer service, including basic use of computer systems when required
Skills & Experience
- MR licence preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience in truck driving or machinery operation is desirable
- Loader or forklift experience/licence is an advantage
- Strong work ethic with a sense of urgency
- Ability to self-manage and remember job details
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic computer skills (for customer-facing roles)
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills

Additional Information
- This role may require weekend work
- Safe work practices are strictly followed at all times including regular onsite drug and alcohol testing
- Our vehicles and equipment are maintained to a high standard
- Interest and/or experience in gardening, soils, landscaping and/or sustainability preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $32.00 – $36.00 per hour
