The Role
As a Waterproofing & Silicone Applicator, you’ll be working across residential, commercial, and industrial projects, applying waterproofing membranes and silicone sealants to a variety of surfaces and substrates.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Applying waterproofing membranes to wet areas, balconies, rooftops, basements, and retaining walls
- Using silicone sealants in bathrooms, kitchens, windows, and external facades
- Preparing surfaces to ensure strong adhesion and long-lasting results
- Reading and interpreting plans, scopes of work, and material specifications
- Communicating with clients, builders, and site supervisors
- Ensuring compliance with Australian Standards and OH&S requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in waterproofing and/or silicone application
- Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
- Construction White Card
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- ABN
Desirable but not essential:
- Certificate III in Construction Waterproofing (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience with various waterproofing systems (e.g., liquid membranes, sheet systems, torch-on)
- Working at Heights or EWP ticket

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Subcontract, Casual
Pay: $37.00 – $50.00 per hour
Experience:
- Waterproofing/sealant application: 2 years (Preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Cert 3 in Waterproofing is preferred (Preferred)
- Drivers licence & White card (Preferred)
