Daimler Trucks Brisbane is seeking full-time Service Advisors who are passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences and ensuring every interaction is smooth, professional, and positive.
As the friendly face of our Service Department, you’ll be the key link between our customers and workshop team—making sure every vehicle gets the attention it deserves, and every customer feels valued and informed from start to finish.
This is a full-time, permanent role working Monday to Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm. You will also be required to work Saturdays on a rotating roster, on a half-day shift basis.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Be the first point of contact for customers—welcoming them in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Listen to customer needs, provide honest advice, and coordinate service bookings and repairs efficiently.
- Keep customers informed at every stage with clear, proactive communication.
- Work closely with technicians to ensure services run smoothly and on schedule.
- Build long-term relationships by delivering exceptional service that exceeds expectations.
