We are seeking passionate, qualified, and experienced Swim Teachers to deliver lessons to infants, toddlers, and young children in our boutique facility.

We offer a clean, private, indoor facility with a heated pool (32°C year-round) and the flexibility to start lessons at any time. We don’t operate on school terms or close for the holidays, which means more opportunities to teach and help children thrive. Our unique program is designed for consistent progress, ensuring the best possible learning environment for every child.
About You:
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about swimming and are dedicated to making children safer around water. You will be able to communicate effectively with a diverse range of students, including those of different ages, abilities, and backgrounds.

- A genuine passion for teaching and water safety
The Role:
JUMP! Glenmore Park are looking for experienced Swim Teachers to join our team. We are a new swim school, and we have had an incredible response from the community, this support is helping our school grow fast. With the growth we need to grow fantastic team, are you a swim teaching superstar? Come help us make a big splash! Essential Criteria:
- Current Teaching of Swimming and Water Safety certification
- Current CPR Certificate
- Working with Children Check
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- Flexibility to work evenings, and/or weekends
Desirable Criteria:
- AUSTSWIM Teacher of Infant and Preschool Aquatics (or equivalent)
- AUSTSWIM Teacher of Aquatics – Access and Inclusion (or equivalent)
- Previous experience teaching babies and toddlers is highly regarded
- Previous customer service experience

Pay: $30.12 – $38.00 per hour
