The Role
We're looking for a talented CRM & Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our high-performing Marketing team. In this exciting role, you'll play a key part in delivering targeted customer communications across email, CRM journeys, direct mail and digital channels, helping connect thousands of customers with the services and information they need.
Reporting to the Manager, Marketing Programs and Partnerships, you'll be responsible for planning, building and delivering engaging marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on direct marketing and customer communications.
You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and agency partners to execute campaigns, optimise performance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences across a range of channels.

Your Key Responsibilities
Direct Marketing & CRM
- Build, test and deploy email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Develop and manage automated customer journeys
- Manage audience segmentation and customer targeting
- Ensure best practice personalisation, deliverability and compliance standards
Digital Campaign Delivery
- Support the delivery of integrated digital marketing campaigns
- Launch and optimise paid social campaigns
- Coordinate campaign assets, schedules and stakeholder requirements
- Work collaboratively with agencies and internal teams to deliver campaigns on time and within budget
Performance & Optimisation
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights
- Support A/B testing initiatives and continuous improvement activities
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and customer engagement
Social Media & Community Management
- Monitor and respond to customer enquiries across social channels
- Help maintain a positive and engaging online presence
What we’re Looking for
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented marketer who combines technical capability with creativity and customer focus.
You'll bring:
- Demonstrated experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including email builds and customer journey creation
- Experience delivering successful digital campaigns across paid and owned channels
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation, customer data and targeting strategies
- Knowledge of digital marketing metrics and campaign performance analysis
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A customer-first mindset and passion for creating engaging marketing experiences
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related discipline
