Clinical Psychologist / Psychologist — Contractor | Spotswood, Melbourne
Mind in Mind Psychology is an international award-winning practice with a team of 10 psychologists, six years in operation, and a clear purpose: helping people with trauma, pain, neurodivergence, and health challenges to empower themselves and live well.
We are looking for 1–2 senior psychologists to join us as contractors.
Who We're Looking For
We have two priority areas:
EMDR Parts 1 & 2 trained. Independent application with complex trauma and PTSD presentations. Schema Therapy experience is a plus.
Genuine experience with chronic pain, cancer, cardiac, or health anxiety presentations. Comfortable with the biopsychosocial model and coordinating with medical teams.
The Role
- Contractor arrangement - your schedule, your caseload, your autonomy (minimum 10 client hours/week)
- Highly competitive per-session remuneration

- Active referral pipeline: GPs, lawyers, NDIS coordinators, pain specialists, oncologists
- Purpose-built clinic in Spotswood including 6 rooms, meeting space, large group therapy room

Requirements
- AHPRA registration as a Psychologist
- Medicare eligibility (registrars welcome)
- EMDR Parts 1 & 2 training
- ABN and Professional Indemnity Insurance
