Position: Oral Health Therapist
Location: 8 The Strand, Chelsea VIC 3196
Type: Full-time, Part-time

Responsibilities:
· Conducting thorough oral assessments, including comprehensive examination of the teeth, gums, soft tissues and TMJ
· Develop personalised and holistic treatment plans and oral hygiene regimens for patients
· Perform preventative and restorative dental treatments
· Provide education on oral hygiene and diet
· Collaborate with the dentists and dental nurses to ensure seamless patient care and treatment coordination
· Monitor patients’ progress and maintain accurate treatment records
Qualifications/requirements:
· Bachelor degree in Oral Health (adult scope)
· Excellent communication and patient rapport building skills
· Strong knowledge of oral health principles and preventative care
· Empathy and a patient-centric approach to deliver compassionate care
· Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
· Strong attention to detail
