About the Role
We are seeking experienced Senior Test Analysts to join agile delivery teams supporting a large-scale transformation initiative. Embedded within a SAFe Agile Scrum team, you will lead the design, execution, and management of testing activities across the software development lifecycle. This role is ideal for professionals who bring deep testing expertise and a commitment to quality, reliability, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in agile ceremonies and collaborate with developers, product owners, and testers
Review user stories and specifications to define test conditions and acceptance criteria
Design and execute test cases and scripts with traceability to business and technical requirements
Prepare test data and environments, and identify tools and resources for execution
Conduct manual and automated testing across unit, functional, system, regression, and performance phases
Record and analyse test results, maintain defect registers, and support defect triage
Report on test progress, anomalies, risks, and issues
Contribute to test automation strategies and continuous improvement of testing practices
Required Experience
3–7 years of relevant work experience required. (Team Lead roles are available, but prior Team Lead experience is needed.)
Demonstrated experience in software testing within agile delivery environments, preferably SAFe
Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and lifecycle management
Experience in functional, regression, and performance testing
Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g. JIRA, Zephyr, TestRail)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
Preferred Experience/Qualifications
ISTQB Foundation or Advanced Certification (or equivalent)
Agile certifications such as SAFe Practitioner (SPC), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP)
Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting languages
Exposure to revenue, taxation, or financial systems is advantageous
