MORE THAN A FRONT DESK - WE ARE THE CONDUIT OF THE BUSINESS
Our ops team (CX, Closer, Tech) is the thread that connects every client to every artist. We own the vibe, we create the wow factor, and we make sure every single person who walks in has an experience they cannot stop talking about. The artists bring the art. We bring everything else that makes The Wolves Den feel like The Wolves Den.
THE SEAT YOU WOULD OWN
This is a genuine two-sided role. Most of your week you are the heartbeat of the floor: the first face, the energy, the reason clients rebook and rave about us. The rest of your week you are in the treatment room delivering laser tattoo removal and body piercing, and we train you in that from scratch. You own the experience, and you help deliver the results. Two skills, one pack, and honestly, never a boring week.
THE ROSTER - HOW THE WEEK ACTUALLY WORKS
This role is four days a week - Monday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday.
- Most days you are on the floor owning the client experience.
- Part of each fortnight you are in the treatment room delivering laser and piercing (full training provided).
- One Saturday a fortnight, you wear both hats at once: front of house and treatments.
Weekend availability, both Saturday AND Sunday, is essential. The pattern shifts week to week, so you need to like variety.
THIS IS FOR YOU IF YOU:
- Are available to work weekends (Saturday AND Sunday) and the four-day Monday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday pattern.
- Light up a room, and come from hospitality or a people-first background.
- Are genuinely excited to learn a real clinical skill and to follow compliance to the letter, every single time.
- Love variety and happily wear more than one hat. No two weeks the same suits you.
- Are comfortable asking for the rebooking, the review, and the sale, without ever being pushy.
THIS IS NOT FOR YOU IF YOU:
- Cannot commit to weekends or the four-day pattern.
- Want a sit-down reception job.
- Want to do only one type of work, all day, every day.
- Get loose with compliance, hygiene, or detail when things get busy.
- Are uncomfortable with sales, rebooking, or asking a happy client for a review.
WHAT YOU WOULD ACTUALLY DO
- Own the studio vibe and run the client experience from hello to goodbye.
- Rebook every eligible client, ask happy clients for reviews, and sell aftercare and jewellery at the counter.
- Handle calls, inbox and DMs fast, and run the till to zero discrepancies.
- Deliver safe laser and piercing treatments to our protocols (full training provided).
- Own compliance on the clinical side: suitability screening, signed waivers, documentation, PPE.
- Capture daily content and keep the floor sharp.
A HYBRID ROLE, BY DESIGN
Here is the honest picture. This is two roles in one, and the mix changes week to week. If you want to do one single thing all day, this is not it. If you are energised by variety, people, and learning a real skill, it is perfect. What we most want to see is hospitality or customer-service experience and natural energy. Laser or piercing experience is a bonus, not a must, we train that from the ground up. You will also be trained across our Closer (consultations) role, so you grow broad, not narrow.

THE ROLE
- Four days a week: Monday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. 9am to 5pm.
- A fortnightly rotating roster across front of house and treatments, including one dual-hat Saturday each fortnight.
- Weekend availability (Saturday AND Sunday) is essential.
- Location: 124 Main St, Pakenham VIC 3810.
