This is a full-time, on-site Visa Processor Immigration role based in the Greater Perth Area. The Visa Processor is responsible for managing end-to-end visa application processes, including collecting and verifying documentation, preparing forms, for visa migration purposes and in line with current immigration policies and procedures. The role involves communicating with clients to explain requirements, timelines, and application statuses, and liaising with government authorities or related agencies when needed. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining accurate case files, tracking deadlines, updating internal systems, and ensuring all applications comply with regulatory and organisational standards. The position supports the Principal Migration Agent by providing client file management through guidance from the PMA and contributing to process improvements to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
* Strong administrative and organisational skills, including document management, data entry accuracy, and deadline tracking are required.
* At least 7 - 10 years of expereince in Australian immigration or visa processing procedures, with the ability to interpret and apply regulations and policy updates.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client counseling, email correspondence, and preparation of clear visa documentation.
* Customer service and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse clients and internal stakeholders in a professional, respectful manner.
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to identify issues in applications, resolve discrepancies, and reduce processing errors.
* Ability to work independently on assigned cases while collaborating within a team-oriented office environment.
* Proficiency with common office software (e.g., MS Office, case management or CRM systems) and comfort learning new digital tools.
* A certificate in legal studies, business administration, or a related field is advantageous.
