In this role, you'll:
Be working as part of a team delivering on-line support to DRIVES users, you will be analysing, investigating and resolving system application problems.
This role will see you providing high level advice relating to the operation of the DRIVES software to a wide variety of users including Service NSW and other government agencies in a timely efficient manner.
You will provide excellent customer service by investigating and analysing errors and anomalies and providing advice on how to navigate these in a challenging high-volume environment.
Please note that this is a full-time role to 30 October 2027 and is office based in Newcastle 5 days pw.

About you
Your DRIVES experience and ability to communicate well at all levels to a variety of stakeholders internal and external, gained while working in an environment where you have used DRIVES on a daily basis while providing customer service, will see you equipped with the basic essential requirements of the role, enabling you to build upon these skills contributing to the overall safety of the people of NSW.
You're recognised as a DRIVES guru, skilled at analysing and investigating issues, and ideally experienced in customer service in a regulatory environment with the ability to interpret and apply legislation.
