About the role
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide clinical leadership across the home, support care teams, and help ensure high-quality, person-centred care is delivered in line with aged care legislation and quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:

Providing clinical leadership and oversight to care teams
-
Supervising Enrolled Nurses, Team Leaders, and Care Service Employees
-
Allocating duties to support safe, effective, and efficient service delivery
-
Supporting best practice in line with aged care legislation and quality standards

Promoting clinical excellence and contributing to continuous improvement
-
Supporting a respectful, resident-focused, and team-based care environment
About you
You are a compassionate and capable Registered Nurse who brings strong clinical judgement, professionalism, and a collaborative approach to care.
To be successful, you will have:

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

At least 12 months’ experience in residential aged care

Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of aged care legislation
-
Sound understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation requirements
-
Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
-
Empathetic, respectful, and team-focused approach
-
Flexibility to work across a full rotating roster
-
Current Australian driver’s licence and access to a registered and insured vehicle

Applicants must be currently residing in Australia and have full working rights (please note that sponsorship is not available for this position).

Applicants must also be willing to undertake a Criminal History Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check in accordance with the Aged Care Act 1997.
