About the Role
We're looking for a confident and passionate Senior Hairdresser with strong cutting and colouring skills who loves building long-term client relationships.
You'll play an important role in delivering the exceptional experience Organika is known for while contributing to our positive salon culture and continued growth.
Your Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding consultations and personalised client experiences
- Create beautiful colour and cutting results with attention to detail
- Build strong client relationships and encourage client loyalty
- Maintain high standards across all aspects of the salon experience
- Educate clients on products, home care and sustainable haircare solutions
- Contribute positively to our supportive team culture
- Continue learning and developing your craft
About You
You are:
- Qualified with a Certificate III in Hairdressing (or equivalent)
- An experienced Senior Hairdresser with 3+ years salon experience
- Confident in both cutting and colouring services
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
- Professional, reliable and well-presented
- Positive, team-oriented and motivated
- Interested in wellness, sustainability and premium client experiences
Experience working within premium, boutique or luxury salon environments will be highly regarded.
