Key Responsibilities:
- Refine the guest journey and ensure procedures and standards are consistently delivered
- Maintain a tranquil spa atmosphere that reflects the brand’s promise
- Recruit, train, and develop Spa Therapists to deliver exceptional services
- Foster a culture of empowerment, innovation, and community
- Create and execute strategic plans to achieve financial targets across treatments, product sales, and hair appointments
- Implement yield management strategies aligned with business peaks and troughs
- Monitor competitors and identify opportunities to enhance the spa offering
- Ensure treatments and products remain on-trend and aligned with global wellness and beauty movements
- Collaborate effectively within the hotel environment
- Support with reception duties and ad-hoc tasks when required
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience in the beauty and wellness industry, with operational and supervisory responsibilities.
- Hair or beauty qualifications (desirable but not essential).
- Strong communication skills to liaise professionally with guests, staff, and stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Current First Aid Certificate (advantageous).
- Passion for health, wellness, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
