TAG have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Plastic Blow Moulding Technician to join a respected and innovative manufacturing organisation based in Forrestfield, WA. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of plastic extrusion and blow moulding machinery, ensuring product quality and maintaining production efficiency.
Shifts Available
12-hour rotating roster - day and night shifts night (7am to 7pm / 7pm to 7am)
Must be available for both day and night shift
Approx. 36–48 hours per week
Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor plastic extrusion and blow moulding machinery

Set up and adjust production lines to meet specifications

Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met

Troubleshoot minor mechanical and process issues

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment

Complete production documentation and data entry

Operate a forklift (twin Tyne preferred, if licensed)
Skills & Experience

Proven experience in plastic extrusion (essential)

Experience in blow moulding (essential)

Forklift Licence (or willingness to obtain)

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

High attention to detail and quality focus

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team

Ability to pass pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol testing
