Hamilton Island is seeking an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to lead daily operations at the Rainforest Cafe, our dedicated staff dining facility. You’ll play a vital role in fuelling the island’s 1,200+ employees, helping them stay energised and ready to create exceptional guest experiences across the island.

As Sous Chef at the Rainforest Cafe, you'll deliver fresh, homestyle meals and creative daily specials for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You’ll be hands-on with food preparation, oversee food safety, manage a small team, and contribute to menu planning. Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (Essential).
