We are currently on the lookout for a vibrant and superstar Cocktail Bartender to join our team at Comuna City.
What you'll be doing
Preparing and serving a wide range of classic and signature cocktails with precision and flair
Providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests
Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked bar area
Adhering to all relevant health, safety and liquor licensing regulations
Supporting the bar management team with inventory, stock management and other operational tasks
What we're looking for
Minimum 1 year of experience as a cocktail bartender in a similar high-volume, fast-paced environment
Thorough knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktail recipes and techniques
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
Passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to contribute to a vibrant, lively atmosphere
Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
