The purpose of this role is to provide specialist technical leadership in the delivery of reporting services, business intelligence solutions and data analytics that support strategic, operational and performance reporting across Corporate Enterprise Solutions and Payroll Transactional Services.
What you'll do
In this role you will lead the development and delivery of complex reporting solutions and dashboards, extract, transform and analyse data from multiple sources, develop business-critical reports and performance insights, design and maintain reporting frameworks and standards, collaborate with executives and stakeholders to identify emerging reporting requirements, provide technical leadership and mentoring to colleagues, develop innovative solutions to complex business challenges, support workforce, payroll and financial reporting activities, and contribute to strategic decision-making through the delivery of high-quality data analysis and reporting outcomes.
About you
We are searching for someone who:
Has extensive experience in business intelligence, reporting and data analytics environments
Has advanced skills in SQL, Power BI, Qlik or similar reporting platforms
Can develop complex dashboards, reports and data visualisation solutions
Has experience working with large and complex datasets, preferably within payroll, HR or finance environments
Has strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills
Can provide technical leadership, mentoring and strategic advice to a range of stakeholders
