About the Role
Are you an experienced private tutor or tutor working under a company earning a stable weekly income, but completely exhausted by the endless grind of trading hours for dollars?

At Ascend Mentorship, we look at academic performance through an entirely different lens. We are expanding our team and looking for top-tier, seasoned mentors to transition away from traditional content teaching and step into high-frequency, 1-on-1 performance coaching for Year 10-12 ATAR students.
Your role is not to teach core syllabus content from scratch. Your role is to act as an execution mentor, arming them with proven exam/study strategies, study structures, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct highly focused, 1-on-1 online strategy and accountability sessions twice a week with a dedicated roster of senior students.
- Use our structured backend frameworks covering exam execution, time management, and performance tracking.
- Keep student accountability against weekly targets and maintain precise progress logs.
- Act as a high-status role model to keep high-achieving teenagers motivated through pressure.
Who You Are
- Experienced & Proven: You have a verifiable track record of academic excellence (90+ ATAR or equivalent top-tier performance) and have spent time in the trenches of tutoring of any form.
- Commercially Ambitious: You are tired of having your income capped by a clock. You want to build yourself up, take control of your skills, and transition your educational skills into a business model that works for you.
- Elite Communicator: You possess the rare ability to build rapid rapport, command instant authority, and hold teenagers highly accountable without micromanaging them.
