NDIS Quality & Compliance Officer (Part-Time, 1-2 days/week)

Job Type: Part-time / Casual / Contract Company: LSDS – NDIS Registered Provider We are a growing NDIS provider seeking an experienced Quality and Compliance Officer to join us on a part-time basis (1-2 days per week or equivalent flexible hours).
About the Role You will support our NDIS compliance, audit readiness, and quality systems to ensure we meet NDIS Practice Standards and Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements.
Key Responsibilities Maintain compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and policies/procedures Assist with internal audits, audit preparation, and corrective actions Manage documentation, risk registers, incident reporting, and worker screening Review and update policies and participant records Support continuous improvement and regulatory requirements
About You Proven experience in NDIS quality/compliance or similar regulated sector Strong knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards and audit processes Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
