About the Role

Guide patients in selecting frames and lenses suited to their needs
- Provide expert advice on lens technologies, coatings and vision solutions
- Basic workshop tasks e.g adjustments, repairs and quality control
- Administrative duties such as appointment book management, banking, entering stock and reporting
- Maintain a tidy practice environment to ensure a positive overall patient experience

About you
- Available Monday-Wednesday, minimum of 24 hours per week.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both in person and over the phone
- Cert IV dispensing qualification desired but not essential
- Passion to help others
