About the role
12-month fixed term position. Opportunity to deliver and implement the Corporation’s asset investment program by providing analytical and program administration services to achieve required business outcomes. Based in Leederville, reporting to the Manager - Investment Support.
What the role will involve

Analyse and review asset investment submissions for compliance with process and data/information accuracy.

Manage the allocation of budgets to the asset investment programs/projects in accordance with S072 – Financial and Legal Authorisation

Provide advice to Program Managers to ensure asset investment decisions are made that are consistent with the requirements of the relevant Water Corporation guidelines.

Provide analytical services to support Program Managers in the formulation and updating of investment programs.

Provide Program Managers with supporting building and interpreting reports, such as Opex / Capex reporting.

Provide advice and support to management in use of correct documentation and processes relevant to Investment Support
About you
-
Tertiary qualification in finance, accounting or similar, relevant to the role
OR
-
Considerable relevant experience in a large engineering/utility organisation, with a focus on asset investment analysis.

Considerable experience in and sound knowledge of the use of SAP IM/PS business systems and PMIS database.
-
Considerable experience in data analysis, interpretation, and reporting relevant to asset investment.
-
Considerable experience in building and enhancing stakeholder and customer relationships.

Relevant financial related experience in an asset-intensive engineering / utility organisation.
